A small and amazing place, starting with the chef's desk right in the middle of the sitting area: he's greeting people himself, always checking if everything around is as it should be. Staff is just perfect, welcoming when you enter, helpful when you choose the dishes, perfect with serving the food, stealthy when you do need it, cheerful and ready to chat, when you’re just chilling. The wine choice is as simple as it could be: you do not have to choose, you can totally trust the caviste. For the food: do not miss the finest and almost encyclopedic selection of hams, chosen and cut with skill and knowledge. The main course is done with attention to all the small details, like the pasta’s perfect ’al dente’ state. Sadly, we could not eat the desserts, but as we could tell observing other guests, they should be as good as everything was. Bravo, just a superb place.
